Athletic Director's Message

Villa Park High School's Athletic Programs offers student athletes opportunities to compete in exceptional athletic programs. Our student athletes are able to quickly learn and grow their teamwork, discipline, camaraderie, and dedication skills. Villa Park High School is a member of the Century Conference that includes the Crestview and North Hills Leagues. Villa Park is a part of the Crestview League that also includes: Brea Olinda, Canyon, El Dorado, El Modena, Esperanza, Foothill, and Yorba Linda High Schools.

Villa Park fields 22 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) athletic programs with 62 levels ranging from freshmen to varsity teams. Over the past three years, Villa Park has recorded 14 league championships in girl's tennis, volleyball, golf, and soccer. Boy's league championships were won in water polo, football, soccer, wrestling, track, and golf. Our student athletes train on campus in our facilities that include: weight rooms, wrestling room, small and large gymnasiums, football field, soccer field, baseball and softball fields, pool, and track. Student athletes that participate in golf or ice/roller hockey practice at an off campus location. Villa Park's home football stadium is located at Fred Kelly Stadium on the El Modena High School campus.

The Villa Park community has an extremely high standard with regard to sportsmanship and conduct. We expect that both our coaching staff and student athletes uphold these standards at all times. We also expect that spectators at our games exhibit the same behavior towards our coaches, students, and sport officials.

We highly encourage prospective and current students to take advantage of the excellent sports teams that are offered at Villa Park High School.

For more information about our athletic programs, tryouts, and other opportunities, please stop by the Athletic Office to speak with a member of our staff.

The Athletic Office is located at the front of campus facing Taft Avenue - this office is a great resource for students to find out about what sports are offered and how to become a part of the team. Students are also able to pick up paper work to transfer into other sports throughout the school year.
